There are many products out there for different agility activities, but most of the products have some form of caloric density. The amount of calories that a product contains depends on how you count them. If you are doing strength or speed, you will want more calories for your exercise. This is because if you don't count calories, you will have to eat more for the same amount of work. You could also eat more, which makes you heavier, slower, and tired. In my opinion, the amount of calories in a product can be controlled a lot better than calories in the food that is actually being eaten.
